The Festival of Architecture begins tomorrow and this year the event is dedicated to the role architects play in dealing with crises.
When the world is plunged into crisis, everyone, including designers, is faced with the need to respond occurring challenges. Crisis has several interconnected dimensions affecting the work of architects and engineers – after all, pandemics, climate change, armed conflicts and unprecedented population migrations, the political and economic instability that accompanies them affect both the natural environment and the anthropocentric world. How can we – as citizens and designers – meet the global challenges today and in the near future?

Within the Architecture Festival program, Mateusz Adamczyk will participate in a debate on adapting Polish cities to climate change. We would like to invite you to take part in it as well: on August 4 at 6:00 pm to the Zamoyski Palace, the headquarters of SARP Warsaw at 2 Foksal Street.
