Rooftop extension of an existing 20th century block supplies it with 5 duplex micro-apartments and a public space on the roof. Introducing a tilt of the volume makes the sunlight easily penetrate the courtyard and frames impressive vistas of Warsaw skyscape.

When designing a structure and a finishing of the extension we introduced processed wood. It diminished construction weight and brightened the monochrome palette of the surroundings.

Hoza rooftop extension seems to be a grand and green terrace that is shared among the new inhabitants and old neighbors.
